Birthday Party Host
Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta is seeking an energetic and exceptional professional as a Birthday Party Host for our very popular parties. This position is mainly for weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) at $8.50 per hour. Candidate must love working with children, have the ability to multitask and manage time, be a problem solver, have excellent customer service, be enthusiastic about parties, and be dependable.Responsibilities
1. Set up and break down of the birthday party room arranging all necessary supplies and decorations.
2. Greet the birthday parents and guest, assist the parent with any needs, serve the children and communicate with the parents at the end of the party.
3. Create a fun and engaging experience for all guests, while maintaining a positive and excited attitude.
4. Play games and lead craft activities in the party.
5. Knowledge of the Museum and party information.
6. Maintain a cheerful, energetic and positive demeanor with all customers at all times.
* Education background a plus
* All applicants required to pass a limited criminal background check
