How do I become a member?
We
offer several ways to become a member. You can join online or via mail, by phone at 404.527.5910, or on your next visit to the Museum. We have different membership levels
based each family's needs. Click Here for membership level information.
How long is the membership valid?
Our
memberships last one year from date of purchase.
Can I apply the tickets I purchased toward
a membership?
Yes you
can! We call it our “Test Drive”. Once you have purchased your
admission tickets and determine that the museum is right for your family, you
can apply the tickets you purchased toward a membership. This offer is only valid
on the day of your visit.
If you leave the Museum, you must fax a copy of your tickets and receipt to the museum before the end of business the day of your visit. We can credit the number of adult and children tickets that apply to the level of membership you are purchasing.
For example, 1 adult and 1 child ticket can be credited toward a Two of Us membership. A maximum of 2 adult tickets and 4 children tickets can be applied toward any other memberships. We will allow 1 additional ticket to be credited if you choose add-ons for your membership.
I am a member of a children's museum in another city. Can I use it at your museum?

I am a member of a children's museum in another city. Can I use it at your museum?
Yes. Your membership card must have the Association of Children's Museums (ACM) sticker on it and your membership must be current. Our ACM
reciprocal policy allows the members listed on the membership card free
admission up to a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children. Please remember to bring your
membership card along with a picture ID.
How do I use my membership at other children’s museums?
Family and Grandparent memberships are reciprocal at over 160 ACM children’s museums nationwide. Your membership card has a sticker on it confirming reciprocity. We recommend calling ahead to confirm that museum’s policy. Click here for a full list of participating museums, go to

Yes. You can visit the Museum as often as you'd like. We encourage you to enjoy
creative, imaginative play with your children every day. Make reservations as

I forgot my membership
card, can I still get in?
Yes, but as always, we will ask you to show a valid ID that matches the name listed on your membership card.

How many children does a membership include?
Memberships are for your direct dependents. Two of Us memberships include one child. Family memberships include your household dependents. Grandparent memberships include your grandchildren nationwide.

What does “household” mean?
Memberships are for a single household, which means that only those adults and their direct child dependents who reside at the address on the membership.

Anyone under the age of eighteen.Can my teenage child bring my other children to the Museum?
Only if you have listed them as an “Adult” on your account. If you have designated them as a “Child” on your membership they cannot bring your other children without you or another adult present. What if my nanny changes or I’d like to change out the name of an adult listed on my card?
We ask that the primary card holder call Membership at 404.527.5910 and for a $15 fee we can change the name listed and reprint a new membership card for you.Can I loan my membership card to a family member or friend?
No. Your membership is for the benefit of you and your household only. Can I get a membership with my friend/sister/neighbor?
No. Each membership can be used by one household only. When will I receive the guest pass(es) with my membership?
Your free guest pass(es) will be mailed in your welcome packet. You should receive them within 3-4 weeks of membership purchase. I lost my guest passes, can I get new ones?
Guest passes are included with your welcome packet from the Museum. They are one-time use only and cannot be replaced if lost. I have not received my welcome packet in the mail. What should I do?
If you have not received your welcome packet, please contact Membership at 404.527.5910. We will confirm your mailing address and send you a replacement packet.Are memberships tax-deductible?
All memberships are now partially tax-deductible to the extent the law allows. Each membership's tax deductibility is as follows: Two of Us, $67; Family and Grandparent, $109; Museum Friend, $210; and Museum Builder, $420. Your membership acknowledgment letter will confirm your tax-deductible amount and serves as a receipt for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
I am interested in a
membership but have never visited Imagine It! before. What do you suggest?
We invite you to try us out and purchase admission tickets to the Museum so you can determine for yourself if we are right for your family. If you choose to become a member, we will credit your admission ticket price toward a new membership, as long as it is on the same day as your visit.

No. Instead, each membership level comes with at least 1 one-time use guest
pass to the Museum to give to anyone you wish. You can also add up to 2 members
and 1 unnamed guest to any membership for only $20 per person (Two of Us memberships
allow only 1 member or guest add-on).
