A Smart Place to Play and Invest

Imagine It! is a “smart place to play” but it is also a smart place to invest. The Museum focuses on early learning that takes place during the pivotal time in childhood.  This fosters significant life benefits for a child, both immediately and long-term.

Dedicated to the simple but profound truth that young children learn through play, the Museum is providing unique and valuable learning experiences for young children and their caregivers through hands-on, multi-sensory exhibits and programs.

As Atlanta's only children's museum, building a partnership with Imagine It! allows us to:

  • Serve as an anchor institution and fill an important niche in our city's cultural vitality.
  • Help increase your organization's visibility while making a real difference in the lives of thousands of children in the Greater Atlanta area.
  • Welcome over 200,000 visitors each year comprised of children under the age of nine, parents, grandparents, caregivers, school groups, and educators.
  • Offer creative, highly visible sponsorship opportunities for feature exhibits, special programs, community outreach and events.

As a sponsor, your organization will receive valuable benefits and recognition tailored to meet your objectives while supporting the Museum's mission.

Research shows that corporate philanthropy is good for business because it can:

  • Align your customers with a brand
  • Drive sales and retail activity
  • Increase public relations and visibility
  • Enhance relationships with your target demographic
  • Promote recruitment and retention improving staff morale through involvement

There are a number of ways to support Imagine It! while meeting your philanthropic priorities and objectives.

Programming Support

Imagine It! offers unique educational programming that is fun and meaningful to children and adults alike.  Through corporate partnerships, the Museum is able to offer:
  • The Imaginators: Our own troupe of professional actors/educators who provide unique interpretations and engaging mini-musicals in support of feature exhibits and educational concepts.
  • PayDay PlayDay: A nationally recognized field trip program focused on teaching financial literacy for children.
  • Read It!:  An annual effort to promote literacy by fostering a love of reading, books, and storytelling in young children and families.   Literacy is incorporated into all Museum programming including visits from notable citizens and local “heroes” to read to our visitors during weekly Read It! programming.

Community Outreach

Through meaningful corporate partnerships, we have been able to bring the Museum to underserved communities through our corporate outreach programs.
    • Connected Learning...Connected Communities: Imagine It! works with underserved communities to bring fun, educational hands-on, and minds-on programming to children in their neighborhoods.
    • The Imagine It! Express: Our own eco-friendly, bio-diesel bus brings children or groups to the Museum who do not have a means of transportation to get here.
    • Access It!: Our free ticket program that provides free admission for disadvantaged children and their adult caregivers.

    Special Event Support

      • Amuse'um: Each year the Museum host its spectacular fundraising event, Amuse'um, themed “Why should kids have all the fun?”, providing “grownups” with a chance to let their inner child come out and play. This fun, high-energy event for provides unique and highly visible sponsorship opportunities with approximately 500 people in attendance every year.  More information about Amuse'um.
      • Member Events: Imagine It! offers dedicated member events throughout the year. Your organization may be able to sponsor our annual
