Special Events
Goal of PositionTo assist with various activities during fundraising and awareness events. Events include community festivals and fairs, fundraising events, marketing and awareness events, and educator events.
Activities/Responsibilities
Act as spokesperson and share information about the Museum and our programs. You'll have the opportunity to help set-up and
clean-up for events and may assist with event games or activities, which may include child arts and crafts.
Available Shifts
- Annual Events — Evening Events
- Amuse'UM Fundraising Event — January
- Halloween Party — October
- Two Member Events throughout the year
- Educator Events
- Community Events
Qualifications/Attributes Sought
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Imagine It! and our programs
- Outgoing personality

Ability to move tables and chairs (when necessary)
Activities/Responsibilities
Inform visitors of all membership opportunities and the benefits of being a member of the Museum. This volunteer role helps sell memberships, prepare membership information for mailings and help with monthly renewal mailings.
Available Shifts (3 hour shifts)
Flexible Monday — Friday shifts; some weekend shifts available.
