Choose from THREE program options:
Program ONE: Earth Science-The Environment ($350)
Assembly Performance Clean Air Odyssey
Full audience participation is encouraged for this science-fiction mini-musical that transports your students to the future. Hop on for a ride on the time machine and see for yourself what has happened to Atlanta’s air quality in the year 2058!
Workshop Smog Smoothie Demonstration
Through a live demonstration of our special “Smog Smoothie” recipe, students learn first-hand how air pollutants such as electricity, gasoline, and coal affect air quality. As ingredients are added and the smoothie becomes murky, students will learn ways they can help reduce pollution.
Program TWO: Life Science-Plants and Trees ($350)
Assembly Performance Georgia Grown
In this 20-minute mini-musical, the Imaginators take your students on an imaginary journey. Discover that plants and trees not only provide us with healthy food to eat, but also fresh clean air to breathe and many of the common household products we use every day.
Workshop Fruits and Vegetables are Plants Too
In this fun workshop, students will organize and sort vegetables into plant parts and match fruit to their seeds. They’ll be amazed to learn that some of the largest fruits come from the tiniest of seeds. All the while your students learn about how plants are important in all aspects of their lives.
Program THREE: Financial Literacy-Payday Playday ($425.00)
Assembly Performance: Payday Playday Gameshow
In this 20-minute gameshow, the Imaginators turn your assembly room into a gameshow set. Each class will choose a member to represent their class in this exciting, financial literacy game. They will answer questions and strive to win this game of chance, luck, and skill!
Workshop: Earning, Spending, Saving
During this workshop, students will redeem the playchecks they have EARNED for Imagine It! dollars to both SPEND in our pretend store and SAVE for a rainy day. The students will gain an understanding of how adults earn, spend and save money and why our economy is so important. There are two levels to choose from for this workshops: Grades K-2nd OR Grades 3rd-5th.
